Medipeace’s core value is practicing humanitarian activities including promoting sustainable health society, building healthcare partnership, seeking expertise in global health, providing disaster prevention and immediate responses, and reducing structural poverty.
Medipeace is a global healthcare NGO and was created in Korea. The Organization aims to join aid efforts and establishes primary health care systems in disaster zones while providing medical care for those who are isolated from the global healthcare system.
In order to achieve these goals, Medipeace is focusing on some key major projects including nurturing experts on global healthcare, contributing to the achievement of the New Millennium development goals in the healthcare sector, establishing a stable private healthcare support system, serving as a healthcare support center for private development assistance, doing relevant research on local community healthcare, and carrying out joint projects.
Medipeace is an organization where many people including medical personnel from around the world can participate. The organization is doing its duty based on values of multicultural and multiethnic coexistence by establishing a global healthcare network. The organization fulfills its healthcare mission for global peace beyond religious/political/national boundaries.
Currently, Medipeace is establishing Medipeace-Korea and planning to build branch offices in phases focusing on Asia. Furthermore, the organization is aiming at pushing its way towards establishing a global network.
